Replace several teeth

Implant-supported bridges for multiple missing teeth.

When several teeth in a row are missing, an implant-supported bridge replaces them with a fixed, permanent restoration anchored on two or more implants — without cutting down any of your natural teeth.

Instead of placing an implant for every missing tooth, we typically place two implants (or sometimes three) and attach a bridge between them. This restores chewing function across the gap, preserves the neighboring teeth, and prevents the bone loss that follows missing teeth.

The process unfolds in phases. First, we plan with digital imaging and CBCT scanning to identify the right implant positions and angulations. Surgical placement comes next, followed by three to six months of healing as the bone integrates with the implants. Finally, we attach the custom bridge once everything has fused properly.

Implant bridges feel like natural teeth and require no special maintenance beyond brushing and flossing (with a small flossing aid for cleaning under the bridge). They typically last 20+ years — often a lifetime — with proper care and routine recall visits.

We discuss every option honestly. For some patients, a traditional bridge supported by natural teeth or a partial denture is the right call — we’ll lay out the trade-offs without pressuring you into the most expensive option.
