Lead Dentist
Dr. Magarette Weatherwax leads Willis & Associates Family Dentistry - Stuarts Draft. She enjoys every aspect of dentistry, but finds removable prosthodontics and endodontics — dentures and root canals — the most rewarding work she does. She also has training in cosmetic techniques, orthodontics, and dental implants, which means most of what your family needs can be handled right here in Stuarts Draft, without a referral to Staunton or Charlottesville.
A native of northern Virginia, Dr. Weatherwax went to Hayfield Secondary, where she met her husband. Together, they enjoy traveling around the world with their family. She is a self-professed foodie and an avid fan of Korean dramas — currently studying Korean so she doesn't have to read subtitles.
She is a member of the American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry, and an esteemed member of the Doctor Mastery Program — a five-year clinical training program led by world-renowned clinicians, building from foundational skills to mastery of the most complex dental care.
