Patient safety isn’t a marketing claim — it’s a daily practice. We follow CDC and OSHA infection control standards in every operatory, every appointment.
Instruments: every reusable instrument is cleaned, packaged, and sterilized in a steam autoclave between patients. We use FDA-cleared sterilization indicators on every cycle to confirm full sterilization. Disposable items (gloves, masks, single-use suction tips) are used once and discarded.
Surfaces: every surface in the operatory that’s touched during a procedure is disinfected with hospital-grade surface disinfectant between patients. Items that can’t be effectively disinfected are covered with disposable barriers and replaced.
Water lines: dental unit water lines are flushed daily and treated with anti-microbial solution to prevent biofilm buildup. We test our water quality regularly to ensure it meets CDC standards.
Air: HVAC systems are maintained and filtered to clinical standards. We monitor air quality and ventilation throughout the practice.
Personal protective equipment: clinical staff wear gloves, masks, eye protection, and clinical gowns or scrubs — changed between patients. We don’t cut corners here, ever.
