Payment options.
We accept all major payment methods, offer in-office payment plans for larger treatments, and partner with CareCredit for longer-term financing. We’ll work with you to make care affordable.
At-the-visit payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, CareCredit, cash, and personal checks. Patients with insurance pay their portion at the visit; we file the claim and bill you for any remaining balance after the insurance pays out.
In-office payment plans: for larger cases (crowns, root canals, implants, full reconstructions), we can set up a no-interest payment plan that splits the cost over the course of treatment. Talk to our front desk and we’ll work out something that fits your budget.
CareCredit financing: for larger plans or longer terms, CareCredit offers dental-specific financing with promotional 0% interest periods (subject to approval). Apply online ahead of your visit if you’d like.
Virginia Dental Club: our membership program for patients without insurance. Flat monthly fee covers cleanings, exams, and X-rays; significant discounts on everything else. The simplest way to make care predictable for an uninsured family.
